Step into Galway’s first interactive gin school for a 90-minute experience that blends tasting, crafting, and fun. This tour offers a creative, relaxed way to learn about gin-making while crafting your own bottle to take home.
Your journey begins with a welcome drink, setting the tone for a flavour-filled adventure. Guided by Tribe's expert team, you'll explore a selection of gin flavours, gaining insights into the distilling process, botanicals, and flavour profiles. This tasting session provides a sensory introduction to the art of gin-making.
Next, Choose from over 30 botanicals inspired by the West of Ireland, and use a copper still to distil your own 700ml bottle of gin. With guidance at every step, you'll blend, bottle, and personalise your creation with a custom label.
